Liliana "Lili" Gil Valletta is the co-founder and managing partner of XL Alliance.
==Education and career==
Originally from Bogota, Colombia, Lilliana Gil immigrated to the United States as a teenager. She attended Southwestern Adventist University, earning a Bachelor’s in Business, as well as an MBA from the University of Colorado. In 2000, she became the youngest female executive at Johnson & Johnson. There she held positions including the company's global marketing services director, co-founder of the company's chapter of the Hispanic Organization for Leadership and Achievement (HOLA), and as head of “Proyecto MAS2”, an initiative to bring increased visibility to the Hispanic segment of the company's customer base.
In 2009, Valletta founded XL Alliance with Armando Martin, Manny Fields and Enrique Arbelaez. The company is a cross-channel and cross-cultural marketing and strategy agency and is 100 percent minority owned. The company currently has offices in New York, Denver, Los Angeles and Bogota.
